Sudden urge to update blog. Hahahaha.

It's been some time since I'm here.. Hmmm. Had been chionging projects like crazy cos I procrastinated, few nights back chiong-ed till 4am. Super shagged, and fell asleep just now. Celebrated the birthdays of the 2 guys up there a few days back? :) 368 ftw ^^ Some things happened these days.. Replay of memories.

Holidays are coming soon. Hope they really appear soon + I pass this sem with at least GPA of 3. Dont drop below 3 can liaoxzxzxzxzxzxzxzxz. And and happy birthday to Qingqing and Afiq :) Update next time ba, cos someone's turning 18? Hahahaha.

Back from A7 ATC/STC!

Learnt alot during this camp. Esp logistics. Special thanks to Alvin and Kelvin for helping me alot, as well as Jolene for guiding me along throughout the camp. Doubt she'll see this anyway :)

29th Oct.

Met Ah Cheng and walked to CVSS together. The others pangseh-ed me :( No heart people, pangseh-ed me and I'm carrying logistics can. Ice breaking, then discussed about proposals. Pang gang-ed at around 10+, 11pm, then free time. Slept at around 1+, 2am.

30th Oct.

Went back unit with Victor, went Ubin, sorry I was late :/ Went to help the logistics, then went Bahru. Introduction, ice breaking, team building, team bonding. Cat 1, land ex cancelled. Water war game, then campfire preparation! Me like alot! Hahahaha. Campfire, super duper high! Voice almost lost. Supper, debrief, then lights out. Except for instructors.. :x Diarrhoea though, that night don't feel that well. Bunk not enough space, so Alvin, Ah Cheng, Marie, Jolene and I slept at the staircase x.x which is super duper cold like dunno what.

31st Oct.

PT, breakfast, area cleaning. Activity cycle, accompanied groups 5, 6, 7 and 8 with Nicholas and Zubaidah to LRC. Got small snake. Nicholas still went to take photo. Lunch, activity cycle again. Kayaking, was with those who didn't went down as well as the instructors too. Hahaha. Area cleaning 2, cleared logistics, went dinner with instructors. Home sweet home.

1st Oct.

Went kbox with Kennedy and Weekee! Kelly came to join us halfway :) My voice was lost then sing till damn zao xia!! Hahahaha. Home-d, dinner-ed, homework-ed, lights out. Thats all folks :)

2010 is flying past, and it's gonna be November soon..

This year contains lots of my 1st times. 1st time being an instructor, 1st time going to kbox, 1st time playing pool, 1st time playing table tennis, 1st kiss, 1st time that I have alot of people celebrating my birthday, and many more. Semester 2 starting soon, and my timetable is damn cui. Friday initially no school, but with 2 CDSes, oh well. After these 2 CDSes this sem, next sem one more, then there will be no need for them from 2.2 onwards, unless I fail.. Good news though. Hahahahaha. All the best to all taking Os, chiong ah! After they chiong, my turn to chiong.. Gah. Imy. Alright, thats all for now.

Had a belated birthday celebration for Joey today at point playground! Played alot and did some heh-heh-heh stuffs :D Took some pictures, Joey and Jiajie went home first :) While waiting for her to have dinner with me, the rest came my house to camwhore :D

Bananas for medical uses

Never, put your banana in the refrigerator!!!

PMS: Forget the pills - eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

Anemia: High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of hemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

Blood Pressure: This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit's ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

Constipation: High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

Hangovers: One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.

Smoking &Tobacco Use: Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking. The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.

Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

Strokes: According to research in The New England Journal of Medicine, eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!

Warts: Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!

So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. It's been a long long time since I've updated this blog.. Firstly, happy belated birthday to me, Yuxuan and Gordon :) This year's birthday, is very very memorable. Firstly, so many many people helping me celebrate. Next, presents. Finally, surprise "chiobu". Hahahaha. Special thanks to Kelly, for helping me plan this super birthday. Carrying 16 bottles of drinks and crossing the road. I'll never forget that :) Super taupok, first time taupok till cannot breathe and leg cramp. Many many people singing birthday song for me, really really touched. Up till now, I still have no idea what to do when people sing birthday song for me. Hahahahahaha >< Basketball-ed, pool-ed, home-d. Thats all for saturday ^^

Back from area 8 ATC/STC! Brief summary..

Day 1:

Had lunch with Soohou and Victor cos we spent our night at srs. Then on the way to jetty. Victor's nonsense started -.- Slept on the way, reached. Tent pitching, mock campfire, ice breaking. Group 9 oiiiii~ Debrief, supper, went to sleep. Really so brief~

Day 2:

Cant wake up, cos bed too comfortable. Wesley and Soohou started disturbing me -.- Wesley went to shout "fire fire!" I was half awake, then can only hear their laughter. Woke up in the end -.- Breakfast, kayaking. Wesley and Samson didnt wanna go down, then their shoe kena water. Bobian, FI ask them go down. HAHAHAHA. Saw Chun Quan. Didnt had any formal introduction, but we knew each other. Guess it's because of Sherlyn ba [: Followed by lunch, then LRC for the campers. Wesley Samson and I went back to noordin first. Had our lunch, then went to fetch them. Next activity Land ex, but Cat 1. In the end stayed indoors for campfire discussion. Followed by wash up, dinner, mock campfire, then campfire. Debrief, bedtime. CI debrief, goodnight.

Day 3:

Cant wake up again. This time round Wesley used another method.

Wesley: GhimChoon.. You promised to watch the sunrise with me!

GhimChoon: continues sleeping.

In the end Justin came to join in the fun. Xinyi woke up, but he went back to sleep. After I woke up, Wesley and Justin went back to sleep. In the end me and Soohou woke the 2 of them up, and only went out when the campers are having breakfast :x Area cleaning, prize presentation, home sweet home. Slept from 1440 to 1800, mum woke me up for dinner -.- Super tired, forgot tell her I don want dinner. In the end I slept from 2100 to 0700. Went to hs today to help out, then here I am [: I need to complete my PACT analysis fast! If not going no time alr :/ See ya!

These 3 days had been filled with activities. Falcons bbq on thursday after my cmaths2 paper, goshawks outing yesterday and today. Lizhi went crazy. Although only few came, it was still fun ^^ People camp till shag, I play till shag. Hahahaha. Slept at 5 yesterday, woke up at 8 today with a scare :X Slept after dinner, woke up to bathe, cant tahan, went back to sleep after bathing. Just woke up though. Training tmr. See ya folks. And this is the only 2 photos I took this 2 days. Rofl~

Okay! My blog is kinda dead, so I'm here to revive it ^^ Well, to start off, I've finally watched finished the show I stated up there.. Thumbs up. 6 stars over 5. I guess this is the best drama I've ever watched [: Very touching too. Highly recommended :D Okay, so, 4th week of poly has just ended.. Lots of assignments to rush.. Having a written test this coming tuesday too. One good thing is that this monday I'll be starting class at 11am, with a 3hour break in between from 1pm to 4pm, followed by a tutorial lesson from 4pm to 5pm ^^ What a relaxing monday :D This is the only good thing though -.- Np training tomorrow, meeting Yunxin to do project on saturday followed by a CI meeting at Igen's house.. Went back to serangoon on friday. Victor wanted to meet me at 1130am in schl. Then i told him latest 1145am reach. Missed bus, walked to hougang mall then srs. Chiong-ed ah! But he left house at 1140am+, at that point of time i was at mall alr ._. then slowed down abit, walked faster again. But he still reached earlier than me x.x Baton drills with the sec 2s, dinner-ed with the runners. Treat by Mr Mus at Pizza Hut. Dunno how big his pocket burn alr x.x While waiting for the food, 2 CIs got bored and took photos with whatever was on the table -.- Ended dinner, some discussions about upcoming parade.. Home-d after that, with Victor Ayuni and Zarifah [:

Went back to hs today. Wanted to collect my testimonial but general office closed.. Played water game with the kids. "I'm safe!" Hahas. Went for lunch with the ferruginous and the peregrines at kfc, back to school for basketball. Actually with Zavier and JiaJie, but JiaJie had to leave early. So left Zavier. Waited for WeiSheng to bring his ball, played with something :x Mr Chin came at last minute, so got a match with Kennedy Zavier and Eddin versus Mr Chin WeiSheng and Xunjian and Ubaidah. Fun ^^ Some left, so me WeiSheng Kennedy and Zavier played till 5pm. Home-d, dinner-ed and here i am [: Meeting with soohou they all later, hopefully i don fall asleep :X see ya folks ^^

Back from camp!

I'm back from camp! Not feeling tired though, after a cold bath. But most probably going to sleep soon, because I woke up at 0854hrs on the 12th and the next time I slept was at 1am today. Hahas. First day, not a minute of sleep. Summary of the camp, maybe not that long. Hahas.

Day 1..

Reported to school with Zakiah, but lost my earpiece for no reason :/ It was around my neck, but it disconnected from the connector. I dunno why. See when going buy another one ba. Then activities came in, blah blah, cant seem to remember anything now ._. Night walk, was at the staff room there with Ellie. She's damn good at screaming, naturally. Somemore ppl cant see her :x scare the hell out of ppl only. Hahas. At night debrief, ended at around 0200hrs I guess. Played L4D on Victor's laptop. Not laggy at all O.O Snack-ed, learnt how to take minutes, everything ended at around 6am, decided not to sleep anymore.

Day 2..

Went for run with those in the competition, 3.2km ._. Damn tired. Took a break, 3 rounds around schl ._." lucky round by round. Hahas. "Morning stretch" session with sec 1s. Guess hard approaches doesn't work on kids.. Lots of programme, campfire.. Wan Nee never tell me she introducing me to cadets, made me chuatio ._. Then I didn't know how to react somemore ._. Stood up and waved to the cadets nor. Hahas. Supper time while waiting for debrief. Got iced water to wash face, because really cannot tahan already. It's a bad choice not to sleep. Debrief, stayed at library immediately to sleep after that with Igen and Wei Feng (sorry if I spelt wrong). During the night damn cold, woke up and found myself sleeping alone ._. The 2 of them went outside sleep in the night. Hahas. I was sleeping like a dead log, thats why.

Day 3..

Woke up at 6+, cos Victor and Wei Feng wanted to run, then I said anything. But woke up, the 2 of them still sleeping. Leg was super painful in the morning. Calf muscles totally contracted. Limped my way to guys' bunk and got my toothpaste and toothbrush. Brushed teeth, went to canteen and sit. Victor woke up, chatted abit with him, he went back to sleep. Me laid down and fell asleep again. 7+, scouts shouting. Thought np early morning screaming already, woke up and see. Turned out not to be, so went to np side. Sebastian they all greeted me, I didn't know and gave a still-asleep face. Hahas. Breakfast, packed bag, played with the sec 4s. Hahas. It's supposed to be a tekan session because they left their things unattended. Then made them really shag. Photo taking session followed after, then tied Sebastian and Joey on the spars. Sec 4s took photos with the "scarecrows". Hahas. Lunch-ed with the usual people, drenched totally just now. Rain super big, walked in the rain to home after alighting from 325. Bathed, and here I am. Going for the competition representing SRS on friday. 7am x.x Hahas. Maybe going to sleep soon, see ya folks~ Photos on fb after Igen uploads them~

Whee~ Going for camp soon~ Anything also can text me one, depends how late I'll reply only [: Yesterday went to IT fair, then saw Lenovo's. WeeKee's using it.. Functions quite good, whereby you want log in you can just let the laptop take a photo of you then can log in alr. People who wanna hack into your account would have their faces taken down by the laptop and the laptop would show me who attempted to hack into my laptop [: Hahas. Then WeiChong said my course no need any specific laptop, as long as it's a working laptop it would be fine. Then he said pay $300 more than Lenovo I can get HP laptop, which is alot better. Mum said she would get the $1299 for me. Thankful for her for that, because the money I earned is not enough, and she's topping it up. Hais. Now I can only study hard and earn lots of money to give her a good life in the future. Thank you mum! (: The only lady who can tolerate my wilfulness, my stubborn-ness, and everything bad about me.

Finally able to update blog. Wanted to update yesterday but was unable to due to some reasons. Yup. Work is over. Break time is here. Got lots of programme though. PK and HFS help out with ah pah at dunno when, goshawks chalet, camp at srs.. Blah blah. Everyday sleep till late late, like one lazy pig. Anyone want go out? Maybe can ask me out. Hahas. What a short update.. Maybe put one smiling face to make it longer? Hahas. It takes 49 different muscles to frown, but it only takes 13 different muscles to smile! So smile now, because a smile costs nothing but has the power to enrich all who receives it.

Reported to SRS today.. Made many new friends (: A new environment is not scary at all though.. Just still trying to adapt (: Chatted with the CIs while the cadets are having training.. They end off the day with 3BX every friday O.O Followed after that went running 3 rounds around their school with them, cos they sort of have some competition coming up.. Shag. Old lo.. They went dinner after training, i home-d~ Next training with them jiu camp le. Hahas. Cos next week i cant take leave, before chinese new year i guess training is suspended? Followed by chinese new year, then their common test. So no training for feb, except campcraft comp.. March camp, i'll be there.. Well. If I had a chance, I want to restart sec 4 again. I want to study harder. I don't want to regret like today. Kinda depressing. Advice like this were given to me last year at the same period of time. It didn't work on sec 4 and 5 students either. Nevertheless, I do hope sec 4s and 5s do start studying now, because regret is something you don't want to taste. It's not nice.

Graduated! Hahas. Quite fast, 3 weeks over le.. Was wishing for yesterday to come as soon as possible. It came, but I wasn't feeling as happy as my smile in the photos.. Hmmm. I've really learnt alot of things from my batch mates, my squadmates, and my ATC mates. Thank you for everything. Thank you for being there for me, thank you for teaching me, thank you for joking and fooling around with me :D Keep in touch, I doubt anyone would see this. Hahas. Maybe Sherlyn? Whew. Finally time is here for some little breaks. English, Maths, Chem and Physics, Mother Tongue, Combined Humans, and Poa paper 1 is done up till this point of time. Science, hopefully it goes well. English and Mother Tongue I have no confidence. Combined humans is buang cos kena scammed by someone. Damn it. Poa should be fine, I prefer paper 2.. Maths is.. Lucky for me, I know I have done better. Paper 1's results out, Mr Yee showed us just now. I got 44/80. Already a great improvement, dont compare results please. Well. I guess I'll be studying later.. Going study with Joanne and dunno who else she asked tomorrow.. I teach her Poa (if I can) and she'll teach me chemistry (: Hahas. Singapore's 44th birthday.

Went to schl early in the morning. Watched parade, took photos, then waited for the CIs to be done. Off to green for L4D! Chiong like siao! First few times i be infected got the chance to be tank liao. Hoho :D Clear team! Then gary the legendary boomer. Hide in grass. Wait for us come. Doing sit-ups. I cleared the grass with my machine gun, he do sit-ups till halfway saw his corpse. HAHA! Then play finish, went to lunch at mall with GhimHong Alvin Gary and Lishan. Went to Cally's hse after that. Played Wii. Then went to meet Kelly WeiChong Deannz Qinyin Rouwen Sinyee Valerie. Hahas. I first time go watch fireworks jiu so nice lo. Everything in my phone. Videos, photos. Hahas. NDP today. Sneaked up to 4th floor with Gary to watch parade.. Then parade going end we went down. Took some photos, then did stars with school, took some more photos, off to lunch. Went LJS at mall with LLAGG. Hahas. Talked some ghost stories and stupid things, laughed our asses off. Hahas. 5 of us laughed super loud sia. Hello. Went to school early in the morning today. Had test from WeeKee. Went early, and helped the logistics to count the badges' stock. Went to buy spray paint with Alvin. Then buy wrong. Then told a big fat lie and got refunded :/ I super guilty man. Then went school behind buy, saw YaoHui. Back to school, lunch-ed and did the corrections for my test. I finally passed :D but still not up to expectations.. Well. I'm sleepy. But the GOH contingent gets worse. 6pm then release ._. Crazy. Well. I'm bored here. Maybe going study later because the prelims are coming. FAST.

Just watched Kakashi's chronicicles, and it taught me smth : Say whatever you want to say your loved ones asap, before you lose them and witness their departure. Never abandon your friends/comrades in times of danger, and put your lives on the line to save them.

Cubism.
Our new religion. Oops. Hahas. FuSheng played with a cube that Tjiaying brought to school today. Then started asking the cube questions and strangely, it answered most of the questions correctly O: Got 'most definitely', 'yes', 'no', 'tomorrow', 'maybe' and 'take a break'. Hahas. We did have a good laugh. Hahas. Nothing much else for today liao. After school went to compass with Joanne GuanLiang and Yanqi cos Joanne want buy Alvin's present. (Bo xim hor? Went to school today for chemistry with Kelly mdm. Did a little only.. Caught a damnass bad flu. Was sneezing till afternoon until I finally stopped sneezing. Lunch-ed with Cally Lizhi and Lishan. Cally left to have subway with the CIs. Parted ways with the other two while I went to compass to look at some present for an upcoming birthday person. Hahas. Bought it, went home, went to cut hair. My hair looks worse? :/ Never mind. Well. Doing more revision later. Cant be slacking off at this point of time. ChungHong's prelims starts next friday. All the best, and I know mine's coming fast. 12th August we'll be taking our O level Chinese result. Hopefully a distinction for me :D And that day would mark the end of CH's prelims. His N level would start near. Getting his results by year end. Mine's on its way here. Let's not waste time. Bye! =]
