I'M BACK FROM CAMP!

CAMP WAS FUN!!! (:

camp was so fun.
special thanks to YanLin mdm, XiuLi mdm, DaHao sir, Andy, Glen, Juan, Cherie, Vanessa, QiuYi and Isabel.
and the warmest thanks to WeiGuang sir :D
without them, our team wouldn be so united :D

Day 1...

Ice-breaking, flag making. know each other, made the identity flag. Glen took out his stack of maple cards and stuck them on the flag(: den everyone got their own identity. XiuLi mdm and DaHao sir aren wif us on the first day, so we only have WeiGuang sir and YanLin mdm. after that, we had activities lined up for us. went to different stations to learn different things. and i muz say i learnt alot. NPCC, shooting wif rifles. NCC, the target cards, and also hand signals. Girl Guides, the ladder making and chopping of wood. Red Cross, bandaging and aiding others. Scouts, catapult making. continued until near dinner time, those ppl frm bintan came back. forget abt them. not important(: after dinner, campfire prep. GuoJing sir damn enthu, shake his butt here and there -.- after campfire, debrief and wash up. lights off, sentry duty for grp 3. before sentry, fire drill. WeiGuang scolded the 'F-word'. hahas. den kena caught by WeiSiong sir. after grp 3, grp 7. that night is odd number grp do sentry. since cant get to slp, chatted wif Andy and GuanLiang. neither can get to slp. our turn to sentry. checked the gates, walked around the borders of the schl. went back to slp after sentry, woke grp 1 by the help of Ahmad sir. he pro sia. hahas. off to next morning (:

Day 2...

sentosa trip. played a whole lot of games. had a lot of fun. played frisbee, raced against each other, and blah blah. hurt my ear. pain sia ): lucky nvr bleed or serious injury(: left our flag at siloso beach D: forgot to take. den we were like, 'shit'. after twin towers racing, wanna go back to siloso beach take flag, but WanLin mdm don allow. so we went back to starting point. ate lunch, takeaway. our grp special, WeiGuang say go coffeebean de table eat. just then the frisbee sir and mdm come. got back our flag safely :D after which, i tink the coffeebean don allow, so we went back to original place to eat. didn finish the food, felt bloated. mr chan briefed us on vivo de game, so we went to vivo after the briefing. tallied the prices, got all the prices just right. how nice was that? :D very nice :DDD too bad WeiGuang amaths student laa, his maths too good liao. hahas. joking. WeiGuang, you muz be proud of me. i praise you lehs :D after everything, went to rooftop play the water game. instructors damn good. but we escaped and won somehow(: Andy and XiuLi mdm made use of the opponent. opponent left one player, attempted to run thru all the instructors, kena caught. just then, Andy and XiuLi ran past without any attention. we won :D went to find the mystery man, Isabel caught the NCC staff. hahas. went back to schl, arranged chairs for campfire, den discussion for campfire skit. 7-11 man(: WeiGuang told us a lame joke, super long. he say until halfway muz fall in, den QiuYi told us the ending of the story. we were like, wad da hell -.- when i have time den tell you all. The Golden Monkey :D dinner, den campfire. we were high(: to make up for our boring skit, we did cheers :D i noe boring laa. hehs. but i support my own grp. i cant say boring. rather interesting if we had the whole plan played out. but time restriction. after campfire, wash up, debrief, lights out. GuoJing sir played in the middle of the night, colgate. ppl kena, but we moved in our slp, so we didn kena. last day is approaching.

Day 3...

final day. fall in, PT. breakfast, area cleaning. cleaned 3rd floor de toilet. quite clean laa, but i noe we did a good job. went to AVA room after that. our grp is the best! YES! got swensens voucher. Mr Tan praised WeiGuang, den we watched the video made by "director WeiSiong". debrief, fall in to hear Mr Chin talk. talk talk talk, den do cheers, den went home. slept, and had dinner. bathed, and here i am. this is the first combined UG camp, the camp i will nvr forget all my life :D

if you want to move ahead in life, you have to forget the past and look forward towards your goal.

to achieve your goal, focus on your goal. do not focus on ur problems. focusing on problems means that you will have to take your eyes off your goal. you will surely miss your goal this way.

your past might consist of a series of successes or failures. these would become your emotional baggage. you need to drop it. you need to forget about it. you need to move on in life.

when you keep thinking about your past successes, you might become too impressed with yourself that you might get pressed down. when you are pressed down, you get stuck and you cannot move forward anymore.

you might also begin think too highly of yourself. when you allow that to happen, pride sets in and that would mark the beginning of your fall.

on the other hand, if you keep thinking of your failures, you would be so discouraged that you have no more courage to stand up from where you have fallen. you could be so disappointed with yourself that you see no point and purpose in your life. you have no more positive energy and motivation to move on.

the best way to move forward is really to forget about all your achievements and failures in the past. make today the first day of the rest of your life.

a good athlete on the track or a marathon runner on the road never looks back. he forgets the past, looks forward and runs towards the finishing point.

forget the past and look forward to what lies ahead for you. be on your way to achieving your goal.

let's start frm vivo trip.

Vivo trip...

cherie, yuxuan, liai, atiqah, vanessa, yaohui, ghimchoon and guanliang attended it. wif 3 gryphons. went there by taxi. yaohui, ghimchoon and guanliang met each other too early and went to vanessa's hse instead. went there, used laptop, yaohui logged in to msn wif vanessa account. wad da hell -.- den he go chat wif yi sin. den go scold vulgar. finally revealed that the person chatting to yisin is not vanessa, yisin replied, "oh, i tot vanessa wouldn say all this." time's up, took taxi to vivo. vanessa took her dunno who de car.yaohui, ghimchoon, guanliang, atiqah took one taxi. cherie complained that we were too slow. -.- i replied her, "taxi go any faster the meter will jump faster too" hahas. den the other 3 were like, laughing. hahas. reached there, put our barang-barang at the dunno where. den patrick sir let us walk anywhere. so we go walk walk. went to toys 'r' us. guanliang went to play wif the stupid machine. put 2 $1 coins den you'll get a gun -.- wow. waste money sia. hahas. i was emo-ing there. lizhi, cally and chunghong went to find me. dey pissed off, coz ppl ask dem go den nobody care abt them. den dey went home. we damn sian. after slacking, we were told to welcome the GOH. damn, took so long. fuck. den yuxuan, liai, vanessa, cherie, atiqah and guanliang were suppossed to open the GOH's car. saluted, then the car zoomed past -.- guanliang have to walk to open the door. den yaohui and me passed the loud thingy and the flag to the GOH. the loud thingy plus 10 taxis blowing their trumpets off. you'll nvr imagine the loud noise unless you experience it urself. somemore yaohui and i were standing behind all the noise -.- after dinner, dance party. den got concert. we stayed till 10 smth. smth happened. yaohui, guanliang and ghimchoon left unexpectedly. sorry arhs, girls. you shld noe the reason. den we went home. on the way home, the taxi uncle told us alot of nice things. some examples, there is no north, south, east, west, heaven and earth. look at the earth revolving and orbiting around the sun. where is the northm south, east, west, heaven and earth? get it? (: hahas. reached home, bathed, slept.

Funeral...

went to overseas to attend my uncle's funeral. my grandma cried her heart out. after all, it was her very own son. haix. my uncle was that young. somemore he was the 2nd youngest of my grandma's 7 children. tsk tsk. maybe his time is up. cant be helped. did not slp too much. 2nd nite didn even slp. but fell asleep frm 7am to 10am. damn tired sia. -whistles- haix. i can only tell myself to take it easy.

Movie...

went to watch bee movie yesterday wif kelly mdm, weiqing, weichong, yuxuan, lizhi, cherie, vanessa and alvin soh. quite nice laa. after movie, went out of theatre, found out my handphone was missing. shit! ran back to the theatre, luckily found it -.- it was fallen at between seats --.--''' went to arcade, went for dinner, went for arcade agn, went to bishan next to walk walk, went home. hahas. nice trip laa. and i've to wish cally bon voyage. she's going to japan today. so cally, have a nice time! remember to buy presents for us! hahas. we will miss you de laa.
