for financial support, imports cigarettes to singapore. expensive, so can earn alot of money. for health-wise, go educate students and tell everyone that smoking is bad for health. ppl smoke = throw money to government. then kena educated that don smoke. then now have so many places cannot smoke. so what does the government wants?
